From an Artist's Eyes

A lot of disagreements arise about whether one can call themselves an ''artist''. If you're not famous and well known, you're not an artist! Well, you are creative. Perhaps you use art to portray your feelings and allows you to disregard your daily troubles? Maybe you pick up a paintbrush while others play football? See cold colours and swirl patterns while another may just see the sea? But forget about it! You're not an artist!
When Picasso was starting out, would we have had the right to not call him an ''artist''?
When most people walk down the street, they don't notice the majority of their surroundings.
They don't picture what I see. They don't picture what an artist sees. Art can't be 'graded' because we all interpret things differently. Why do you think the world is so interesting from an artists eyes?
